Banderas Bay
Race Week - March, 2008
Another great South-of-the-Border event! This is some serious
fun. Great Racing in Puerto Vallarta, an overwhelming amount
of positive attitudes, the beautiful Paradise Village resort as a
home base...
We begin with a three day racing clinic, then go right into a
three
day regatta with a lay-day tucked in there to keep
everyone going. Each boat has one coach and three
team members, who rotate through all the positions. Group packages available; individuals always welcome. For more

Keelboat Racing Clinics - March/April
In the spring of every year, J World hosts two 2-day workshops that will get you fast, fast!. One
emphasizes crew work, sail handling, communication, shifting gears,
etc., and the other takes a good long look at tactics, strategy, and
the rules. Hands-on, real-world experience. You can't get
enough of this stuff.

Regatta, San Francisco - April
2008
Come race in the J80 class at J Fest Regatta in San Francisco!
We provide the boat and an onboard coach. All you have to do
is come race! Each of the three team members will rotate
through all the positions, so you will get the full thrill of racing
on SF Bay.

2008 Pacific Cup - Race to Hawaii!
Ever dreamed of racing to Hawaii? Join the J World Offshore
Racing Team for one of the all time great races, from San Francisco
to Hawaii. We'll be racing our fully optimized J/120 with a
mix of professional coaches and J World students, creating a
positive learning environment where everyone is an active member of
the team! Details will be released as the event nears, however
interested parties are encouraged to contact us early as space will

Cruise - Hawaii to California
Each Summer, J World hosts a truly special offshore adventure for
sailors looking to learn the intricacies of offshore passage making
on an actual adventure. Departing in early August, we will be
sailing across the Eastern Pacific from Hawaii to San Francisco.

Yacht Club Rolex Big Boat Series - Sept. 2008
This event is definitely the pinnacle of Yacht Racing on the West
Coast, and one of the most revered events in the world of yacht
racing. Some of the most impressive sailing machines on the
planet will be in attendance, and the who's-who of the marine
industry will be on hand.

The Baja-Ha-Ha
- Begins the Last Week of October
The world renowned cruisers' rally sponsored by Latitude 38
Magazine heads south from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas at the tip of
Baja in late November of each year. The two week, mostly downwind
cruise, makes two scheduled stops along the way down the
spectacular Mexican coastline. Be a part of the fun and
join our J World crew and captain for a wonderful and educational

The Rally to
Paradise - Every November
Conceived originally to combat the depression which following the
realization that the Baja-Ha-Ha was actually over, the Rally to
Paradise continues the festivities. The sailing is from Cabo
to Puerto Vallarta, where the Banderas Bay Week gives plenty of
activities to keep sailors happy...
