The J World Sailing Office is located at A-Dock in the East Basin of the Pier 39 Marina.  Standing in front of Pier 39, walk around behind the aquarium to your right.  Go down the the ramp to A & B docks, then turn right towards the Embarcadero.  Continue down the dock until you get to our office.  For a map, click here (we are located right where is says "Dock A."
